We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to be our Vice Principal whose whole Academy responsibilities will include the leadership and management of the Ofsted areas of:

Behaviour and Attitudes, including:

The setting of clear routines and expectations for the behaviour of students across all aspects of Academy life, not just in the classroom
A strong focus on attendance and punctuality
Clear and effective behaviour and attendance policies with clearly defined rewards and consequences
The development of positive student attitudes towards learning, alongside strong student motivation
A positive and respectful Academy culture in which staff know and care about students
An environment in which students feel safe

Personal Development, including:

The development of responsible, respectful and active citizens
The development and deepening of students' understanding of fundamental British values
The promotion of an inclusive environment for all students, developing their character
The development of students' confidence, resilience and knowledge so that they can keep themselves mentally and physically healthy
Enabling students to recognise online and offline risks to their well-being

This role is pivotal in taking our Academy on its journey to outstanding. We would welcome applications from experienced senior leaders, as we perceive this as being your final job before Headship.
