The Governing body are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic leader to take us forward and build on our considerable academic and pastoral strengths. Our new Headteacher should have an understanding of, and commitment to, Catholic education in the Lasallian tradition.
The successful candidate will seek the highest academic standards, as well as having the passion, drive and presence to instil confidence in our students and staff. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds and the Headteacher will need to understand and live out the Lasallian commitment to valuing and supporting every member of our school community.
The entire staff community at De La Salle are deeply committed to their school, so we are looking for either an existing Headteacher, a Deputy Headteacher or perhaps a suitably qualified, experienced and determined Assistant Headteacher, who is prepared to get to know our distinctive ethos and work with the whole staff to create a shared vision for the future.
