Office Manager with PA duties
Band 4 Pt 19-24,£24,799-£27,905 pro rata
37 hours per week, term time plus 5 inset days
Hours: 7am - 3.00pm (2.30pm on Friday)
Start date:Immediately, following notice period.
The Beaulieu Park School is seeking to appoint an Office Manager with PA duties. The successful candidate will provide excellent administration support to the school administration office, ensuring its smooth function and playing a key role in its growth over the coming years. They will also ensure efficient and effective support to the school's Principal.
Candidates must have strong administration experience, ideally within an education environment, excellent IT skills especially with Microsoft Office packages, good communication skills and the ability to organise effectively and meet deadlines. A knowledge of SIMS or other MIS would be an advantage.

Information about the School
The Beaulieu Park School is Essex’s first ‘All Through’ school and the primary phase opens for reception students in September 2018 with the secondary phase opening in September 2019. The Beaulieu Park School will welcome its first cohort of 60 reception aged children in two classes. In September 2019, 180 Year 7 students will be admitted. Year on year the school will grow, providing 420 places for local children between four and eleven years old by 2024 and 900 places for local children between 11 and 16 years old by 2023.
