We need your vision, drive & determination to help us in our journey towards "Outstanding" at our highly successful and nationally recognised Academy.
You will play a central role within our Senior Leadership Team; providing vision & operational deliverance on matters such as curriculum planning, data & standards, well-being, behaviour & safety, and teaching & learning. You will be an outstanding practitioner of English, with a proven track record of success. You will utilise the best of your talents whilst developing personally within a committed and experienced group of senior leadership colleagues.
Ormiston Rivers Academy is recognised as being well on course to achieving "Outstanding" at its next Ofsted inspection. We are supported in this aim by our sponsor, Ormiston Academies Trust. Our overall Progress 8 score in 2018 placed us within the top 10% of schools nationally, and ranked us as the highest performing non-selective school in Essex. All Ormiston academies share the OAT ethos of: ensuring every child reaches their full potential; being aspirational and committed to academic excellence and being supportive yet courageous in its approach.
This is a key, strategic role within the Academy and we are committed to recruiting a candidate who shares our vision and who views the post as a positive progression in their career. Visits are welcomed and encouraged.
Please contact Mrs Julie Damps, HR Manager on 01621 787826 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a visit or for further information.
Ormiston Academies Trust is a values led, not-for-profit education trust. We are committed to safeguarding and the welfare of children & young people and will conduct recruitment checks including a full DBS check. All staff are expected to share this commitment.
