Start Date - ASAP

Part Time - 37 hours per week, term time only + 1 extra week (also includes 5 INSET days)

Working hours: 8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday

Essex Scale Band 2, SCP 11 - 16

Actual pay: £14,775 - £15,915 per annum (pay review/award pending)

We are looking to recruit an exceptional, highly talented and experienced Receptionist to be part of our successful, hardworking, dedicated, supportive and friendly office team. As such you will become the face of Moulsham Juniors to all visitors.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work sensitively, collaboratively, enthusiastically, calmly and effectively under pressure. You will also have experience of supporting pupils health and well-being through first aid and general welfare support.

Our desire is that candidates will have:

· Experience as a Receptionist and administration in a school office

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· A strong commitment to providing a high quality customer service

· A first aid qualification

· A genuine belief in the potential of every pupil.

Moulsham Junior School and its governing body take their safeguarding responsibilities very seriously and expect all staff to do likewise.
