Why Stifford Clays Primary School?
Stifford Clays Primary School is an extremely happy and positive school looking to appoint a highly effective, caring, enthusiastic and experienced Family Support Worker to join our pastoral team. You will support children and families of the school working alongside colleagues to identify and work with families in need of support i.e. SENCO Attendance Officer, Learning Mentors and Behaviour Improvement colleagues. You will also work with other services/agencies to provide information, external activities and provisions designed to support each family.
You will:
· Be committed to our school's ethos of positivity
· Be hard-working, resilient and able to respond positively to developing systems
· Be able to challenge and motivate all children to succeed
· Have a love of learning and be committed to their own development
