East Hanningfield C of E Primary is a lovely, small, village school and a great place to work. The school has just received 'Good' gradings for both Ofsted and SIAMS inspections (March 2019). Due to the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher, The Governors of East Hanningfield C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher. Our children, staff and parents are excited about the future direction and vision for the school.
We are looking for an individual who:

·Is able to engage and motivate all pupils.
·Is able to lead, inspire, support and motivate others.
·Is able to work alongside the Headteacher, staff and the wider school community to ensure the continued success of our thriving school.
·Has an understanding of all Key Stages.
·Demonstrates integrity at all times.
·Has professional stamina.
·Has a good sense of humour and is fun.
·Brings fresh ideas and energy to add to the team.
