Are you the talented individual we are looking for who shares our passion for education and wants to make a real difference in the wider community? High Ongar Primary School is looking for a Headteacher who knows what outstanding provision and academic progress looks like within our small community setting and beyond. We want a collaborator, who not only will work closely with the local stakeholders, but has a genuine desire to work openly and collectively with the other Ongar Primary and Secondary schools, who are also part of Bridge Academy Trust, and beyond.

With a clear strategic vision, you will navigate the changing educational landscape in partnership with the CEO, Director of Primary Education & Executive Headteacher, the Local Governing Body and the Trustees. We are building leadership structures for the future, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Headteacher to take up their first headship role, or for an existing Headteacher looking to work collaboratively in a forward-thinking, community-based trust.
