DESIGNATED SAFEGUARDING LEAD & TAG CO-ORDINATOR
We wish to appoint a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead who is a committed and efficient individual. The postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating information from each class group (Team Around the Group - TAG) and liaising between school, parent, carers and other outside agencies.
This role requires a high degree of professional acumen together with an empathetic approach to dealing with boys aged between 10 - 16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. Although rewarding this is a complex role which requires an ability, at times, to work under pressure.
This post if for 37 hours per week including non-pupil days.
The salary for this role is LGS Band 4, Points 26-34 (actual salary £21,062 - £26,651 depending on experience and length of service).
