Wishes to appoint a
Trust Human Resources Officer
Required April 2019
Salary: Band 6 point 23 - 32 (£22,579 - £29,469 - Actual Salary)
Hours: 37 per week (Monday - Friday)
(39 weeks of the year, inclusive of training days plus 2 additional weeks)
Due to further expansion of the Trust we are seeking to appoint an accomplished HR Officer with excellent interpersonal skills to join our central Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Trust HR Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional officer who ideally has experience of working in a school or in the education sector and has the ability to manage their own workload in a rapidly changing environment.
You will lead on various employee related cases, liaise with colleagues and third parties, including auditors and work collaboratively with staff in our trust schools offering guidance and support to managers on HR issues.
The role will involve all areas of personnel including recruitment, managing sickness, absence, capability, conduct and disciplinary advisory in line with policy.
Applicants must hold a full driving licence as travelling between the schools within the Trust is essential.
Qualified to CIPD level is desirable but not essential.
