Administration Assistant

Start Date: Tuesday 23rd April (or as soon as possible after this date)

Band 2: Point 11 - 16

Actual Salary: £15,535 - £16,693

Hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday 7:45a.m. - 3:45 p.m. - 40 weeks a year (term time plus one week during the Summer Holidays)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well organised person to join our friendly and supportive Administration Team.

The successful candidate will:

Manage the attendance procedures for the school

Have excellent communication skills
Have a working knowledge of SIMS, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Be able to relate well to parents, children, staff and outside agencies and have excellent interpersonal skills
Have a clear understanding for the need for discretion and confidentiality
