Following the retirement of our Headteacher, we are looking for a new leader who can combine strategic vision and the drive necessary to take our school forward, as well as to build on our good reputation in realising every pupil's full potential within a stimulating school where all are encouraged to learn and develop.
This appointment would be of only the 4th Headteacher since the school opened in 1980
The school requires an experienced leader who can work well with the Senior Leadership team and the Governing body to provide the insight to meet the current challenges facing schools; to provide the strategy to develop the school, its assets, its teachers and all other staff, whilst still providing the good education our parents expect and currently get for their children.
You will be expected to provide the basis upon which the school can be judged as better than good. This will require the help of stakeholders and everyone within the school to achieve this goal.
The school is part of the Notley Family of Schools Partnership and any appointment will expect no change to the level of support and/or commitment currently shown to the partnership.
We would encourage you to visit our school so that you can see the welcoming and inclusive environment. Please contact Mrs Wheeler in the School Office on 01376 331801 or via email: admin@whitecourt.essex.sch.uk
