Contract:Permanent, 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks holiday working (2 days during February half term and 8 days during the summer break)
Salary:Band 2 to mid-point, Points 3 - 5 (On new scale effective April 19)
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and committed Finance Assistant to provide administrational support throughout the school. In particular this role involves taking responsibility for general financial duties under the direct supervision of the Finance and Personnel Manager.
The successful applicant will have excellent literacy and mathematical skills and be proficient in the use of word and excel as a minimum. Knowledge of SIMS and FMS is essential and a current First Aid certificate is preferred.
In addition, the successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure, be flexible and have a good telephone manner. This role also involves supporting the welfare of pupils and face to face contact with parents and visitors.
The school would be happy to support a candidate who is looking to undertake a Certificate in School Business Management in the future.
