CLASSROOM COVER SUPERVISOR
LGS Band 3 (to mid point) £13,112 actual (pay award pending)
30 hours 35 minutes per week, term time + 5 non contact days.
We are looking for a Classroom Cover Supervisor to join our excellent, friendly school in Chelmsford. The post involves managing students in class, making sure discipline is upheld, and ensuring that students carry out tasks in order to minimise the effect of the teacher's absence upon the students' learning.
Our ideal applicant would have a background in Supervision or Management; have good general knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage students in learning. They would be flexible and assertive.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Appointments will be subject to references and enhanced DBS checks.
