SITE MANAGER
Start Date - ASAP
Full Time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Band 3 SCP 17-21
£19,171 - £21,166 per annum, depending on experience (national pay review pending)
23-27 days annual leave per year, depending on service
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled Site Manager starting after Easter 2019.
The role is varied, busy and requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hardworking, motivated and have proven maintenance skills which is an essential element of the role. A good understanding of health & safety principles is also required.

Duties to include:
· Security and safety of the site
· Responsibility for health and safety
· Maintenance and cleanliness of the site
· Line management of a part time Site Assistant
· Liaising with contractors and tradesmen when appropriate
Working hours may involve a rota, involving 7.00am start and/or 6.00pm finish. Working during school holidays will be required.
