We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join our lunchtime team of Midday Assistants to supervise children during the lunch breaks. We are looking to recruit someone for five days a week but we would also consider applications from people wishing to work fewer than five days per week.
Your role would involve both working inside the lunch hall and outdoors on the playground. The job involves assisting children with selecting their meals; clearing tables; maintaining good behaviour and conduct; administering basic first aid and where necessary leading games and activities with the children.
Our successful candidates will have good inter-personal skills and will enjoy working with children and as part of a team. In return we offer training; well-behaved, eager learners and a friendly and supportive team of staff.
