The North Essex Premises Group consists of twenty primary schools based in the Colchester & Tendring area. We require a qualified and experienced Premises Manager to oversee ongoing maintenance, management and development of our school sites and premises.
The successful candidate will be experienced in both premises & project management.
Knowledge of Essex County Council and Department of Education regulations and funding arrangements and H&S procedures is desirable. Good communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours are essential.
