Rayleigh Primary School is looking to appoint a Site Manager starting in the Summer Term

37 Hours per week 52.14 weeks per year with 23 days holiday per year

Salary range Band 3 point 17 - 21 (£19171 - £21166) depending on experience

The role requires a person who is proactive, hardworking and motivated. Proven maintenance skills are essential.

The role is varied and busy and requires flexibility and adaptability with a "can-do" approach.

Duties to include:

Security and safety of the site

Maintenance and cleanliness of the site

Responsibility for health and safety

Responsibility for the swimming pool

Line management of a part time caretaker

Liaising with contractors and tradesmen when appropriate
