HR Administrator

Contract Type: 22.5 hours a week / 41 weeks (term time plus 3)
Contract Term: Fixed Term until July 2019

We are pleased to be recruiting an HR Administrator to our growing Multi Academy Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new centralised HR team. We are looking for someone with drive and passion to be part of our comprehensive, proactive, flexible and robust HR service ensuring that we continue to provide the very best educational opportunities for all students. The post will be based at the Trust's head office located at William Edwards School and may occasionally involve working across our academies in Thurrock and Havering.

As our HR Administrator you will:

· Undertake HR related administration and maintain personnel files;

· Assist all administration aspects of the recruitment process;

· Assist with pre-employment checks;

· Assist with payroll administration; and

· Develop and maintain high quality working relationships.


The ideal candidate will have proven HR administration experience, ideally within an education HR setting. They will have at least English and Maths GCSE (A-C) level or equivalent, strong ICT skills and working knowledge of payroll systems and HR policies and procedures.
