The Governors of Great Dunmow Primary school are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher for our friendly, happy and caring school. Due to the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher we are looking for a candidate who will contribute to our thriving and oversubscribed school.

Has proven Leadership and Management experience;

Is able to lead, inspire and motivate others and work effectively as part of a team;
Is able to work alongside the Headteacher and the whole school community to ensure the continued success of our thriving school;
Has a passion and understanding of all Key Stages
