We are seeking to appoint a secondary teacher to work with mixed groups of pupils with a variety of learning difficulties, to teach across a range of subjects. A specialism in teaching ICT/Computing up to entry level at KS4 would be desirable.
Our teachers must be enthusiastic, hard-working and show a genuine interest in working with pupils with special educational needs. They must be able to motivate the team of support staff that work with them and be committed to the whole school teamwork ethos. The school provides access to high quality training for staff.
This may be a suitable post for an NQT who is highly committed and experienced with SEN pupils.
School roll February 2019 - 232 pupils aged 5 - 19.
Salary: Mainscale/UPS +1 SEN point (second SEN point dependent on advanced qualifications).

The St.Christopher School Academy Trust is a specialist special school for Communication & Interaction for pupils aged 3 – 19 with a range of learning difficulties including Autistic Spectrum Disorders and ADHD. We currently have 226 pupils on roll.
