The Boswells School is looking to appoint a talented, forward thinking and innovative Assistant Head of Mathematics.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring Mathematics teacher and aspiring leader to work with our Head of Mathematics in a vibrant Faculty containing Lead Practitioners and specialist Mathematics teachers. You will be leading on raising achievement at key stage 4, building on a track record of success over a number of years. There will be an opportunity to teach at all levels including at A-level in a school that delivers level 2 Further Mathematics to our GCSE students and A-level Further Mathematics at key stage 5. You will be joining a school with enthusiastic and dedicated leaders at all levels and a real commitment to the professional development of staff.

The Boswells School is a large 11-18 secondary school that serves the area of north Chelmsford. The school is an extremely popular, over-subscribed convertor academy that enjoys an excellent reputation in the local and wider community. We were graded ‘Good’ in every area by OFSTED in February 2017 and are working towards our goal of becoming a truly great school.
