Chelmsford College are looking for an outstanding individual who is keen to support leaners in the timely completion of all aspects of their apprenticeship. The Work Based Learning Reviewer is required to monitor the progress of leaners in all aspects of their apprenticeship by undertaking periodic reviews within the apprentice's place of work and during their time at college. By working closely with the assessor and curriculum team you will be pivotal in supporting the leaner in achieving the outcomes of their apprenticeship and liaising with their employer with regards to progress and monitoring off the job training.
You should have a willingness to travel to various site locations and places of work and to apply effective communication skills to represent the college to our clients.
