We are seeking an outstanding and dedicated Director of Faculty - modern foreign languages

The King John School in Benfleet is a heavily oversubscribed 11-18 mixed comprehensive of over 2000 students, of which approximately 420 are in the sixth form. The school's reputation in the area is second to none and that is because of the achievements of our students and the ethos of the school. Our results are consistently strong and over 76% of our students achieved a standard pass in English and mathematics at GCSE (Grade 4 or above) in 2018 and we are recognised by the Department for Education for our proactive promotion of the English Baccalaureate within our curriculum.

Our A-level results have been exemplary, with over 50% of year 13 students gaining A* - B grades in all of their subjects.
