It is an exciting time at Becket Keys Church of England School (Outstanding, 2014). We are working hard to build upon the GCSE successes of our founding cohort to ensure our next cohort get their best possible results in 2018, whilst also establishing our new Sixth Form into its second year.
As part of our growth plan, we are now seeking an additional leader to join our successful and hard-working Mathematics team in September or sooner if possible. If you can deliver rigorous Mathematics teaching to our GCSE students, and are ready to teach A-Level, we want to hear from you. You will also be able to teach all Mathematics to KS3 students. As the second in charge, you will take responsibility for a Key Stage and assist our Head of Mathematics in managing the department.
The successful candidate will be have a proven successful track record, will be highly skilled in the classroom and regularly model exemplary practice, We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and inspiring and enthusing both students and colleagues. A TLR 2b allowance is available for this post.
You will have the opportunity to work with Russell Education Trust which extends to five highly successful schools and means that you will work alongside their advisory team in developing best practice.
