Full Time Family Support Worker required

Start date: a.s.a.p.

The term time hours for this position are 37 hours per week
7.30am-3.30pm, 1 hour + 15 mins breaks daily

We require a Family Support Worker who is able to:
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working across the academy to support children and families on a range of issues including: child protection, safeguarding, Looked After status, attendance and behaviour.
Play key role in the pastoral care/behaviour management within the school, providing daily support teachers.
Support vulnerable children with emotional needs through the delivery of activities within nurture groups.
Work closely with the Attendance Officer, to improve and support children's attendance
Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with families, children, school staff and other professionals and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Be committed and caring to the best outcomes for our children and is flexible to change in order to achieve excellence at Bournemouth Park Academy.
