We are looking for an experienced, caring and hardworking person to join our Nursery to support a child with additional learning needs.
We need someone who:
- will communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff
- has experience of working withNursery age chldren
- has appropriate childcare qualifications, ideally to Level 3
- will work autonomously and as part of a team
- has a strong and caring personality and who is calm, patient and firm
- will support a child with behavioural as well as social and emotional complexities
- will deliver small group interventions as required.
- will take advice and guidance from colleagues, specialist teachers and other professionals
