This is a great opportunity to an individual with general all round maintenance skills, and a "can do" attitude. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within caretaking/property maintenance environment and be familiar with carrying out a variety of different duties across multiple sites and possibly on a split shift basis. We are looking for hands on, proactive, responsible and safety conscious person who is self-motivated and resourceful.
The post holder will be supported by the Premises Manager and will complete a team of 5 but must have excellent maintenance/DIY skills, and the ability to demonstrate working both independently and as part of a team. The working days are Tuesday to Saturday with split shifts as one of the main responsibilities of the position is to manage the school lettings.
