Faculty Leader of Languages and Technology
Leadership Salary Range: £45,213 to £49,937 p.a.
Are you an outstanding practitioner looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and ambitious faculty leader to join our school at a time of significant change and opportunity. You will be a highly skilled and enthusiastic teacher, with the potential to move into a senior leadership role in the future, who can take initiative and motivate others.
The faculty leader role is a new post at the Colne and is part of a wider leadership structure that will move the school forward. Faculty leaders will be part of our extended whole school leadership team working on faculty and whole school initiatives. We would welcome applications from anyone who has experience of delivering in the following faculty areas: MFL, Technology and Computing.
You will be joining a school that is moving to the Sigma Trust, a large local trust of schools, in January 2019. There will be support provided, both in school and more widely across the trust, to ensure that the successful candidate is enabled to impact positively on the education of our students.
