We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team and provide one to one support for pupils with an Education Health Care Plan.
The successful Candidate will:
- Understand the specific learning needs and styles to support pupils with special educational needs
- Be patient and a good communicator with a positive disposition
- Be able to work as part of a team under the direction of the class teacher
- Have experience with supporting a child with special educational needs
- Be approachable and understanding
- Have a good sense of humour and be able to work using own initiative
