We are recruiting a Midday Assistant to help to join our team to maintain the safety, welfare and good conduct of our students during the midday break and undertake cleaning in and around dining areas. You will support our 'discipline with dignity' approach (for which we will provide training) to foster a supportive and friendly atmosphere for our students. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a safe working environment, be able to work well as part of a team and possess good communication and people skills.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 1-2pm, 38 weeks per year (term time only). There are two compulsory induction training sessions for all new starters which take place on Mondays from 315-430pm.

This position is based at New Rickstones Academy. However, as we work closely with our sister academy, Maltings Academy (also in Witham), all new contracts are to work across both academies.
