Student Support/Home School Liaison Officer

We are looking to appoint a Student Support / Home School Liaison officer to join our Pastoral Team. This role is to provide direct support for parents/carers of pupils with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties in order to support the work undertaken in school and to help establish and maintain positive relationships between school staff and parents/carers encouraging the consistent use of behaviour management techniques at home. An understanding of school attendance and its importance to support student achievement and a full clean driving licence will be essential.

The appointment is term time only, 39 weeks per year, 37 hours per week.
