The School is looking to appoint the following: -

Year 7/8 Intervention and intensive small group Literacy 3/2 days and or Numeracy Teacher 3/2 days both across the five working days. One year fixed term contract.

This unique role will involve mornings giving booster sessions toyear 7/8 children in Literacy and Numeracy, with the focus to raise attainment and standards for students that have been identified as not meeting the required literacy and or numeracy standard at the end of year 6.

Intervention and Year 7/8 catch up small intensive group Teacher
Working across Year 7/8 (With some intensive one to one booster sessions in years 9,10 & 11)
Delivering Literacy or Numeracy booster sessions
Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
ASAP start
Part time - 3 or 2 days across the working week
MPS 1 - MPS 6 (£27,596 - £38, 963) Salary

Must have UK QTS
Flexibility with timetable
Outgoing, enthusiastic, passionate
Strong experience working with interventions
Good or Outstanding lesson observations
Primary and secondary teaching experience an advantage
