Operations Manager
Salary: £30,000-£40,000
Contract: Full time from January 2019
NET Academies Trust are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Manager to lead the effective operational running of our growing multi-academy trust. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in the work of NET Academies Trust and to make a visible difference in the lives of children across our family of schools.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational management that supports rapid school improvement. You will enjoy a challenge and be motivated to develop the Trust's systems and procedures so that our academies are well supported to provide an excellent education to every pupil. You will also:
* Be a successful leader with a strong track record in delivering operational excellence;
* Have exceptional programme and project management skills; and
* Have an up to date working knowledge and understanding of issues, legislation and guidance affecting academies.
Working closely with the central team, school office managers and school leaders, the successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for the operational function of the Trust, including risk and compliance, health and safety and ICT. This is a new role and an excellent opportunity for someone with a strategic vision for operational excellence to have an immediate impact.
The successful candidate will benefit from becoming part of a strong community of academies and opportunities for development alongside the growth of the cluster.
