East Hanningfield Church of England Primary School is a small, happy and caring village school with a passion to ensure that every pupil meets their full potential and enjoys their learning. We are looking for a new enthusiastic leader to maintain and expand on our successes.
The successful candidate will be a:
- Leader with a strong commitment to raising standards and a clear strategy to build on our strengths and areas for development as well as the ability to motivate and engage pupils, staff and parents alike
- Communicator developing our school at the heart of the local community, ensuring inclusivity and maintaining and building on the strong links with the parish and our church, which is opposite the school
- Visionary able to lead us through the challenges ahead
- Coach with a passion for their personal and professional development as well as that of all staff.
