We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented person who will be able to play a key role in preparing, planning and delivering learning on our A Level Biology, Access to Medicine and Vocational Applied Science programmes
As a flexible, creative and pro-active professional you'll be expected to use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning initiatives that engage, motivate and enable all learners to develop and succeed, as well as maximising student potential. You will also be working to address individual learning needs, overcome barriers to learning and encourage autonomous learning.
Experience Required
Biology related degree
Curriculum knowledge and, where relevant, industrial experience
Successful delivery of a Biology-based science programme
Previous experience of planning of lessons, preparation of resources, delivery and assessment for a Science programme
Experience of using a range resources to promote learning, including digital resources
Creative problem solving skills
