You will be central to everything we do as you oversee the day-to-day operation of our premises, spanning buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and the management of contractors. Every day you will go the extra mile to ensure that the Academy gives a positive impression to staff, students and visitors - keeping plant working effectively, removing refuse promptly, quickly dealing with hazards and responding immediately to any emergencies.

Well versed in Health and Safety regulations, First Aid and Safeguarding, you will be competent in all aspects of basic building repairs and maintenance and very flexible in your approach. Naturally, you will be passionate about making a difference, capable of building productive relationships with people from all walks of life, and able to get the most from contractors, and you will be happy to be on-call outside normal working hours. Finally, you should be a true self-starter, with a meticulous eye for detail and the drive and determination to make things happen.
