Band 2 to midpoint £17,007-£18,319 + fringe (pro rata)
Monday to Friday 8.45a.m.- 3.45p.m.
39 weeks per year plus holiday entitlement (44.3 weeks per year)
Ghyllgrove Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join our busy office team.
You will be the first point of contact to parents, visitors and children. This role requires flexibility, patience and a sense of humour.
The successful candidate will also have:
a good working knowledge of ICT including Word and Excel
knowledge of SIMS.NET (desirable but not essential)
ability to work as part of a team
excellent interpersonal skills being able to relate well to children, parents, staff and outside agencies
a clear understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality
First Aid qualification (desirable but not essential)
