Midday Assistant

(Fixed-Term to 20.12.18)

Start date: Immediately

Salary range: Level 3 - Salary Point Range 10-14

Part time: 1 hour 15 minutes per day, 5 days per week

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic caring individual to join our team of Midday Assistants. The lunchtime is an important part of the day; as well as supporting the children in the dinner hall, Midday Assistants also lead and supervise games and activities to engage the children and administer first aid when required.

The position is for 1 hour 15 minutes per day, 5 days a week and is fixed term until 20th December 2018.

The successful applicant must:

· be enthusiastic,

· be happy to engage with the children, supporting them in their play

· be a positive, calm and flexible team player who is able to work on their own initiative

· be reliable and demonstrate confidentiality

Interview date: Thursday 27th September 2018
