Deputy Head of School (Non class based position) - required from January 2019.
Salary: Leadership Scale points 10 - 14

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HERA Primary Academy Trust and work in partnership with us to build an outstanding leadership team that will drive forward the aims and values of the Trust.

· Have current senior leadership experience with a proven track record of raising standards through a thorough understanding of assessment and pupil tracking
· Be a creative thinker with the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and children to 'be the very best they can be'
· Be able to develop effective partnerships with all stakeholders and the wider community in order to drive forward change and shape the future direction of our school.
