SITE CARE OPERATIVE AND WEEKEND LETTINGS OFFICER
Basic salary LGS Band 3 points 17-21 (£18,672 - £20,541 pa) + £597 pa London Fringe
Full time: 37 hours per week (annualised hours contract, including evening and weekend work).
A reliable and skilled Site Care Operative is required to join our Site Care team in maintaining the school grounds and buildings. There will be an emphasis on building and DIY maintenance tasks, and applicants with skills in this area will have an advantage. Porterage and other manual duties will also be involved. In addition the post-holder will be responsible for maintenance and ensuring site security for weekend lettings during the football season (September to April). Flexibility will be required to provide weekday cover at periods outside the football season, to include some evening and weekend lettings for which an additional payment would be made.
Visits to the school are welcome by prior arrangement with Mrs H Frost, Business Manager.
