We require an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our busyMulti Academy Trust centraloffice. Working at the front office, this position is often the first point of call for visitors, therefore excellent customer service and interpersonal skills will be required. We strive to build excellent relationships with ouracademies, governors, local schoolsand the wider school community. Therefore, applicants must be used to working with a wide range of agencies.
The successful applicant must be flexible, show initiative, listen closely to instructions and be able to work calmly under pressure. Confidentiality is of paramount importance. Applicants must be computer literate and proficient with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. Knowledge of SIMS is desirable but not essential.
