Salary: MPR + SEN Allowance £4,158
Contract type: Permanent /Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on developing exemplary provision for SEND and gifted and talented children and interventions across our hub, working as a member of the leadership team.
You will need to be:

Under the direction of the the head, you will determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) and co-ordinatoin of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability. You will need to line manage LSA teams and lead interventions across the schools, working closely with the Deputy Heads. You will be the lead role model on the teaching of interventions and will need to be prepared to teach our most vulnerable children if the SEND and intervention needs of the schools require this.
The successful candidate would be employed as a teacher under the STPCD and will hold specific duties in the role of SENCo.
