We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and efficient Office Manger, 41 weeks per yeark, 4 days per week, to manage all aspects of the school office with specific responsibilities in Human Resources/Data Protection/Health & Safety within our school. Who will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The person appointed will have the skills to manage all aspects of the school office to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective service to our school. They will have excellent communication skills, highly developed ICT skills, preferably experience of working in a school environment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Other duties include:
· Acting as confidential secretary to the Headteacher.
· Dealing with all aspects of recruitment.
· Maintaining the single central record.
· Monitoring Health & Safety.
· Process data requests and maintain records.
· Preparing and taking minutes of governor, senior team and premises meetings.
· Processing payroll.
· Line managing the office team and site manager.
