Cleaner with Keys
From September 2018
Monday to Friday (5:30 pm - 8:30 pm)
Term-Time plus four weeks during school holiday period.
LG Level 5 Range 17 - 22 pro rata
Pay range £18679 - £21074
Actual Salary - £7113 - £8029
Lancaster School requires a new cleaner. Previous experience is preferred, but not essential. A willingness to be flexible and act as a key holder, so the applicant must live within 20 minutes travel time of the school.

Information about the School
Lancaster School is an Academy special school for up to 100 students aged 14-19 with a range of complex needs: severe learning difficulties (SLD) and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), neurological impairments, complex physical and medical difficulties, alongside students with moderate learning difficulties, who may need additional social and emotional support before transferring to local colleges at post-19.
Lancaster School is part of the SEN Trust Southend which opened as a formal partnership on 1 September 2017. The four special schools, The St. Christopher School, Kingsdown School, Lancaster School and St. Nicholas School have always worked closely together to create a strong group of special schools which aim to meet the majority of needs of those pupils who require specialist support in a specialist educational school with Southend. We created the Multi-Academy Trust to help us continue this work.
