Site Manager
Required from 01st July 2018
Salary: Thurrock Band 5 point 18 - 26 (£20,838 - £26,382 FTE)
Hours: 37 per week (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm)
(52 weeks per year)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, pro-active and hard working person to lead our Caretaking Team. The successful candidate would be responsible for Health and Safety, maintenance and the schools facilities plans. The Site Manager line manages the Caretaking Team, ensures the security of the site and is the point of contact for the cleaning contractors.
You will also be required to manage and co-ordinate the care-taking rota and the school lettings. You would be expected to take part in the lettings rota on every third Saturday each month. The site manager receives an overtime payment for extra hours.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who sets high standards, values teamwork and wants to be part of a whole school team. The Site Manager is line managed by a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
