Catering Manager
Pay scale: Band 3 to Midpoint 17- 21
Required September 2018
The Governing body, staff and children of our friendly school are seeking to appoint a hard-working and enthusiastic person to manage our school catering team, creating exciting meals for children, staff and visitors. The kitchen produce over 300 meals a day from locally sourced produce. You will:
· Manage and develop a team of staff, working closely with the school to ensure that meals are imaginative, appealing and nutritious and support our ethos of healthy eating
· Set and maintain the highest standards in food hygiene and health and safety
· Be responsible for all the administration around ordering food and sundries, stock control, meal uptake, staff timesheets and attendance
· Complete staff induction and ongoing training
Visits are welcomed and encouraged.
