Part Time Catering Manager required to cover maternity leave, commencing Tuesday 4th September 2018. This position is for 23.25 hours per week, term times and non-pupil days, working hours as follows:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9.15am - 1.45pm
Wednesdays 8.30am - 1.45pm.
We are looking for a hard working individual to maintain the high standard of meals currently produced at Holy Trinity and will encourage the children to try new things. The children enjoy theme lunches, so someone who can be creative with ideas would be desirable, always striving to increase pupil meal numbers which are currently at an average of 60 meals per day.
Experience of working in a school kitchen is essential and a working knowledge of due diligence processes and paperwork would be highly desirable, as would an understanding of the budgetary controls in place in a school kitchen.
