Site Manager
25 hours per week - 52 weeks per year
Work pattern 7.15am to 9am and 3.30pm to 6.45pm (Monday to Friday)
Band 3: Pt 17 to Pt 25 (£13,020 to £16,019 per annum pro rated)
Mid Essex Anglican Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated site manager to join our friendly and supportive staff team and to be based at Shenfield St. Mary's CofE Primary School.
The role will involve a range of general caretaking tasks including general grounds and buildings maintenance, cleaning, general security and liaison with contractors and suppliers and maintaing health and safety across the site. Additionally, you will be responsible for the line management of all cleaning staff within the school.
