Job Description
We are looking for a qualified, experienced, enthusiastic and caring person to join our highly dedicated team in our fully inclusive school.
We need someone who:
- is flexible and organised
- demonstrates excellent communication skills when working in partnership with parents, external agencies and staff
- has good knowledge of intervention strategies to support pupil progress
- is able to manage a highly skilled team of LSAs
- has a good understanding of how the analysis of data leads to school improvement
- understands the accountabilities associated with stewardship of the school's Pupil Premium
- has experience of working with EAL children (desirable)
The post will involve the following:
Working on your own initiative and within a team.
Working with children with a wide range of learning needs.
Motivating children to achieve their personal best.
Developing and communicating a clear strategy for enhancing inclusion within the school.
Leading Gifted and Talented.
Managing and supporting the Senior HLTA
To start September 2018 or ASAP.
